2. Description of the service

GTOKiller provides poker analysis tools, data-driven insights, training features, subscription-based access to software models, and other online services.

• We may update, improve or modify features as part of ongoing development.
• Any major change will be notified to users when relevant.

3. Account requirements

To use GTOKiller:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Pricing and subscriptions

GTOKiller operates under recurring subscription plans (monthly or semiannual), processed by Stripe.

4.1. Prices

Prices shown on the website:

• Are displayed without taxes (VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country).
• Are shown in EUR or USD, depending on your billing currency.

4.2. Billing cycles

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method at each renewal unless cancelled.

4.3. Taxes

• VAT or other applicable taxes will be charged based on your location and tax rules.
• Stripe automatically handles tax computation when applicable.

4.4. Failed payments

If a payment fails:

• Stripe will retry according to its Smart Retries logic.
• Access may be suspended until the payment is completed.
• If payment is not completed within a reasonable time, the subscription may be cancelled.

5. Cancellations and refunds

5.1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible through your GTOKiller account or via email request.
• Cancellation applies to future billings; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5.2. Refund policy

GTOKiller does not offer refunds for:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused time
• Early cancellation

Refunds may only be issued exceptionally (e.g., technical errors, duplicate charges), at our discretion.

6. Fair use policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute GTOKiller.
• Share your account with others (one account = one user).
• Attempt to access restricted areas, APIs, or databases without authorization.
• Scrape or extract large-scale data or models from the platform.

Excessive or abusive use (as defined by us) may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination.

7. Intellectual property

All software, models, training tools, graphics, and content in GTOKiller:

• Are owned by ADVANCED POKER RESEARCH, S.L.
• Are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal use only.

You may not copy, replicate, distribute, or commercialize GTOKiller or any of its outputs without permission.

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Release updates or fixes
• Temporarily suspend the service for security reasons

We will try to notify users of major interruptions in advance when reasonably possible.

9. Liability

GTOKiller is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for:

• Loss of profits or winnings
• Loss of data
• Downtime, errors, or service disruptions
• Decisions or results based on advice, analysis or outputs generated by GTOKiller

GTOKiller provides training and analysis tools, not financial or gambling advice.

Use the information at your own risk.

10. User-generated content & communication

If you send feedback, suggestions or uploads:

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to improve the service.
• You confirm you have rights to share the content.
• You must not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

11. Third-party services

GTOKiller uses third-party providers, including:

• Stripe for payments
• Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting, database, authentication
• Other analytics or communications tools (if enabled)

These providers have their own terms and policies.

12. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to damage or misuse the platform
• Fail to pay for the service

You may request deletion of your account and personal data under GDPR at info@gtokiller.com.

13. GDPR and privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using GTOKiller, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Donostia-San Sebastián, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms due to legal, technical, or service changes.

If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or via GTOKiller.

Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
