Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program overview

The GTOkiller "Invite a Friend" referral program ("Program") is operated by ADVANCED POKER RESEARCH, S.L. (CIF: B22689269), Paseo de Heriz 40, Primero A, 20008 Donostia-San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Spain ("GTOkiller", "we", "us").

The Program allows registered users ("Referrers") to invite other individuals ("Referred Users") to subscribe to GTOkiller in exchange for promotional credits.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Any registered GTOkiller user (free or paid) may participate as a Referrer.
• Referred Users must be new to GTOkiller and must not have a pre-existing paid account.
• Referrers must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Participation is subject to compliance with applicable laws in the participant's jurisdiction.

3. How the Program works

3.1 Referral link

Each Referrer receives a unique referral link containing a personal referral code. This link can be shared with friends, colleagues, or on social media.

3.2 Referrer reward

When a Referred User subscribes to a paid plan using the Referrer's link and completes their first payment, the Referrer receives a promotional credit ("Credit") equal to 50% of the monthly price of the plan purchased by the Referred User, calculated in the Referrer's account currency:

• Edge plan: €19.50 / $24.50 per referral
• Killer plan: €39.50 / $49.50 per referral

The Credit amount is based on the tier the Referred User purchases, regardless of whether they choose monthly or annual billing.

3.3 Referred User discount

The Referred User receives a discount on their first purchase:

• Monthly billing: 20% off the first month
• Annual billing: One monthly installment deducted from the annual price

3.4 Credit timing

Credits are awarded immediately upon successful processing of the Referred User's first payment. No waiting period applies.

4. The Credit Balance ("La Hucha")

• Credits accumulate in a virtual balance called "La Hucha" (The Piggy Bank) within the Referrer's account.
• There is no maximum limit on the balance that can be accumulated.
• Credits do not expire and are not reset between billing cycles.
• Credits are automatically applied as a discount on the Referrer's next subscription purchase or renewal.
• The maximum discount that can be applied in a single transaction is 100% of the subscription price. Any excess balance carries over to subsequent renewals.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or converted to any form of monetary payment.
• Credits are maintained in the currency of the Referrer's account.

5. Restrictions and prohibited conduct

• No self-referral: You may not refer yourself or use your own referral code to create a second account.
• One credit per Referred User: A Referred User can only generate one Credit. Subsequent payments, renewals, or plan changes by the same Referred User do not generate additional Credits.
• No manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, using temporary or disposable email addresses, or any form of automated or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.
• No spam or unsolicited communication: Referral links must not be distributed through spam, unsolicited emails, or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent regulations).
• No misleading representations: Referrers must not misrepresent GTOkiller, its services, the Program benefits, or create the impression of an official partnership or endorsement unless expressly authorized.
• No paid advertising of referral links: Unless explicitly authorized in writing by GTOkiller, referral links may not be promoted through paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

6. Fraud prevention and enforcement

GTOkiller reserves the right to:

• Investigate any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity related to the Program.
• Withhold, revoke, or forfeit Credits obtained through prohibited conduct.
• Suspend or terminate the Referrer's account and participation in the Program.
• Reclaim the monetary value of any Credits that were improperly awarded.

Decisions regarding fraud and abuse are made at GTOkiller's sole discretion and are final.

7. Program modifications and termination

• GTOkiller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, Credits already accumulated in a Referrer's balance will remain valid and redeemable for a period of 90 days following the termination date.
• Changes to Credit amounts, discount percentages, or Program mechanics will apply to future referrals only and will not affect Credits already earned.

8. Tax obligations

Referral Credits are promotional discounts, not income. However, participants are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Program creates any tax obligations in their jurisdiction. GTOkiller does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional if you have questions regarding your specific situation.

9. Privacy and data

Participation in the Program involves the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• Referral codes and referral relationships are stored to track Credits and prevent abuse.
• Referred Users' email addresses are masked (e.g., j***n@gmail.com) when displayed to the Referrer.
• Referral activity data (Credits earned, Credits redeemed, referral status) is retained for accounting and audit purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

GTOkiller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability related to the Program is limited to the value of Credits accumulated in the Referrer's account at the time of the claim.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Donostia-San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Spain.
